Partners David Peasback and Greg Gabel handle most senior level legal assignments as a team.  Their experience includes General Counsel assignments for IBM, Pfizer, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Bechtel, International Paper, Lenovo Group, Qwest Communications, PPG Industries, Zimmer Holdings, Cooper Industries, Johns Manville, Parsons Brinckerhoff (global engineering and construction management firm), and Pyramid Management Group (largest privately owned developer of shopping centers in the US), among others.
